I would like to thank Lucien and Kobee for the great service he gave us yesterday. He is very knowledgeable in what our needs are when it comes to our reverse osmosis and water softening system. He communicates clearly and accurately what we need and don't need.We were told by someone else that we needed to take our water system filter out and clean it. Not understanding how to do that properly, I did not feel comfortable doing that myself. Matt told us we didn't need to do that at all. The filter was not an expensive thing to replace, and he gladly did that for us. He delivered bags of salt and made sure our needs were met before leaving.Thanks, Lucien and Kobee, for your professional, yet friendly service!

Our installers, Andrew and Joseph were LOVELY!! They were awesome at making sure we understood how things worked, and why they were doing what they were doing. They even did a great job cleaning up any little messes along the way 😊 We're SO excited to have our new Reverse Osmosis system up and running, and especially to have it piped into the refrigerator!!!
