Chad Niemyer was very informative, pleasant, and overall had that "old fashioned" professionalism (which I feel, we need more of today). He explained things so that it was easy to understand.
Tim, the installing tech, was also very polite and respectful of not making a mess in my home (he cleaned up anything that was from the install). Tim explained everything to me very politely and easy for me to understand.
I want to thank them both for helping me with a few other issues I had. 🙂 The Water and Air system is amazing! I have extremely hard water in my area (Holts Summit, MO) and the difference Moore Water treatment has made a drastic change. I LOVE IT! Haven't had it long enough to know of any mechanical challenges or problems. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs water and cleaner air in their home. P.S. the soaps/cleaners are also fantastic!

Andrew arrived on time and performed a thorough RO system check. He changed the filters and provided guidance on why my fridge water pressure was low. He’s was knowledgeable and very professional.
